Byte Pass PC software fails to start on a DeviceLock-controlled computer.

COMMENTS

This known issue has been resolved in version 7.1.36901.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Upgrade DeviceLock Agents on all affected computers to the latest version (7.1.36901 or higher).

2. If upgrading is not possible, please contact DeviceLock support for further instructions.
