Scanning computers via DeviceLock Enterprise Manager fails when using alternative credentials

DESCRIPTION

The alternative credentials assigned in DeviceLock Enterprise Manager to scan a computer (Computer-> Credentials-> Set) do not work. The scan results return the "Access is denied (5)" error, while running DeviceLock Enterprise Manager with the same credentials (right click DeviceLock Enterprise Manager icon -> Run as...) is successful.

COMMENTS

This known issue has been resolved in version 7.1.33781.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Upgrade DeviceLock to the latest version (7.1.33781 or higher).
