COMMENTSDeviceLock uses its own certificate to encrypt the SSL traffic, while some websites / applications can only work with a predefined certificate.
RECOMMENDATIONSTo allow DropBox to synchronize with its servers, add the following addresses into the Protocols SSL WhiteList:
