Authentication in Lotus Notes 8.5.2 is not working after DeviceLock installation

DESCRIPTION

Lotus Notes 8.5 clients can not login to their accounts due to the authentication process not ending until the DeviceLock agent is stopped.

COMMENTS

The problem is known to be solved in DeviceLock 7.1.33256.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Upgrade DeviceLock agents to the latest version (7.1.33256 or later).
