Resolving - Blue screen when switching to an external monitor

DESCRIPTION

Blue screen (BSoD) appears when trying to switch to an external monitor on notebook with Intel graphics media accelerator.

COMMENTS

The issue appears to be caused by video drivers that are taking more space in the kernel stack than they should;

RECOMMENDATIONS

Uninstall video card drivers in Device Manager, do a registry cleaning, and then install the latest Intel graphics adapter driver (http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/graphics).
