Configuration - Old records are not being removed automatically from local or server DeviceLock Audit- or Shadow Log Viewer

DESCRIPTION

DeviceLock Audit- or Shadow Log Viewer, either local, or on the Server, still contains old records while the "Control Log Size" parameter is enabled to cleanup records older than XXX days.

COMMENTS

The automatic removal of records from DeviceLock Audit- or Shadow Log Viewer (local or server) is only activated when the total number of records in the corresponding log reaches "Maximum log size" parameter value. Until that moment all records will remain in the Audit- or Shadow Log Viewer.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Decrease the number of "Maximum Log Size" parameter and wait for new data to approach Audit/Shadow Log Viewer to trigger immediate removal of old records.

2. Delete old records manually (for Shadow Log Viewers only).
