Configuration - Resolving iPhone Synchronization Problems


Synchronization with iTunes fails, disconnecting iPhone.


iTunes backs up iPhone every time a user syncs (automatically on the first synchronization, and every time iPhone is plugged).

The issue hence may indicate that ‘Read backup’ is not allowed in ‘Special permissions’ for iPhone device type.


Grant ‘Read backup’ privilege for the ‘iPhone’ device type via preferable DeviceLock console.

*To avoid interrupting the synchronization process, users should configure iTunes to sync only the content they are allowed access to.
