This is personalized interactive product orientation and/or installation and configuration session performed over the phone and web-based service session (Ex.GoToMeeting). Topics covered include DeviceLock console/product orientation, environmental review, some product configuration and customer-driven Q&A focused on specific needs as time allows. Web session allows for flexible scheduling and keeps your costs low, while giving you and your staff the opportunity to learn the skills needed to install, configure and manage your DeviceLock DLP solution. By utilizing this service, your in-house team will become more efficient while ensuring your organization is receiving the most value from DeviceLock.

  • Advanced Interactive System Engineer Configuration Consultative session

    (phone/remote web conference service) 2 hours - $899.00 Credit Card 90 Day Scheduling Window Limit. English Only. Essentially the same service as the 1 hour option, but with more time allotted for walking through advanced topics like DeviceLock Enterprise Server (DLES) + DeviceLock Search Server (DLSS) architectures, policy configurations, best-case matching of written requirements to configuration results, Complex content-aware access and shadowing rules formation, full tour of DeviceLock reporting and forensic options, and other similar themes.
