Configuration - Resolving "ERROR: Could not load fastreport3.dll" when Generating Reports from DeviceLock Enterprise Server.
DESCRIPTION
It is possible to configure the DeviceLock Enterprise Server Report settings, but after pressing "OK" button the error message is returned "ERROR: Could not load fastreport3.dll".COMMENTS
This error can appear if for some reason the "fastreport3.dll" was not registered during DeviceLock installation.RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Please try to re-register it under a User Account with local administrator permissions using the following command:
regsvr32 “c:\Program Files\DeviceLock\fastreport3.dll”
on the PC where DeviceLock Enterprise Server is running.
2. Restart DeviceLock Enterprise Server Service (DLServer.exe), then try to generate report again.
