 		Dear support,

I am deploying the DeviceLock service via GPO, but it is crashing my Vista COmputers, is there support for windows Vista???

Or when you will be able to fix this issue!


I am having a lot of problems since a have more than 30 vista computers currently "unprotected"

After the service installs on vista it displays the famous "blue screen of death", and all i can do is a system restore to a point before the Device lock service is installed, otherwise the computer will not start up!

Please HELP

 		The DeviceLock is not supported by Vista.
The Vista compatible DeviceLock version will be released in the end of Autumn. The precise date is not fixed yet.

 		The release of Vista-compatible DeviceLock version is planned on December. There's no precise date yet.

The beta-version of DeviceLock that supports Vista is already available on our site:

 		The upgrade is free, if you are in the "one-year upgrade period" (the whole year since the date of purchase the product).
