Topic: «Install Device lock Service on windows xp???», I can not install Dlservice.exe on windows xp....

Hi every one
i have a problem with device lock. when I try to install DlService.exe on the clients that they have Windows Xp OS. , It need to login to this client (By Login window), when I enter my username and password (I am sure that it is correct), I see this error : "the credential supplied conflict with an existing set of credential". please help me. thank u |

I am confused,when I want to install devicelock Service on network computers(in this computers,windows xp was installed), windows login page will display to login on this computer. now, when enter username and password that is Local Administrator password on this client, I will see above error. |

This error is a system one which you can receive joining domain with improper network configuration. Are you sure it is borne out any relationship with DeviceLock? | ||

Do you speak of a workgroup or of a domain?
In case you have a workgroup make sure that remote computers has the same user account with you (same credantials and local admin rights are a must). As to a domain check that your account has appropriate rights on remote machines. |

But,I am a domain admin and have domain admin password.
otherwise I have local admin password on that client. |
