To add printers to virtual printers list, do the following:
- disable access control for virtual printers - stop DL service on problem machine with problem printer - create a Multi-string parameter "VirtualPrinter_WhiteList" in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SmartLine Vision\DeviceLock] - right click on this parameter-> Modify... - on each line specify problem Printers names displayed in Printers&Faxes, with the "uncontrolled" after comma (without space after comma!), i.e: VirtualPrinter_WhiteLis = IBM9068,uncontrolled HP 2300, uncontrolled Canon i4500, uncontrolled start DL service, try to print |
