Do you see data locally on the endpoints when you connect using the DLEnterprise Manager Console>Audit Log Viewer and/or Shadow Log Viewer?

I am using the trial version of the newest version of DeviceLock. I configured settings for Auditing & Shadowing as well as Service Options in the DeviceLock Service Settings Editor. I can see the audits locally when I connect to an endpoint in DeviceLock Enterprise Manager console.

However, when I run reports in DeviceLock Management console or my SQL Server, I have the original problem of "There are no data that meet your criteria" in every single report, as well as no results in my SQL Server.

Are there some settings I missed setting up? Some connection I didn't set up?

Did you enter your SQL DB name/path in the Service Settings?

I don't see where I can even do that in Service Settings.

I have a DeviceLockDB in my SQL Server with some tables that do return things. But none of it is really useful to me. I can return tables like ReportTemplates, ReportReady, DLStations, or DLEvents. But if I try to return any rows on DLAuditLog, I get zero results. I can see them in the Management Console if I connect to the specific computer, but that's it. It doesn't show up on my SQL Server or on the DL Enterprise Server part of the Management console.

Can you see the events in the DLEnterprise Server Audit log?

Nope. It just says "There are no items to show in this view," whether filters are on or not.

That usually means that nothing is passing to the SQL database. Under Service Options>DeviceLock Enterprise Server do you have the DB name entered? (all endpoints need to have this DB name and clear access to the database in order for the data to transfer.)

I did that in the Group Policy as well as Service Settings Editor. It won't let me change it in the Management Console because Group Policy is enabled for that computer and the "Use Group Policy" option is automatically Enabled and won't let me disable it.

Still have the same results as earlier.

Service Settings Editor is a template only to be used to save an external settings file to be applied via GPO or other means. Have you checked the policy to ensure that the setting actually applied to your policy? If there is data seen locally but not in the DLEServer Database, it means that either the Database info is not local on the endpoints or the endpoints cannot communicate with the database. Do you see connection errors in the database logs?
