In order to retrieve PnP devices from Windows Vista computers, you should allow
remote access to the PnP interface on those computers. You can do it via modifying the policy as described in this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947040 |

Error (5) Access Denied is not the same as Error (50) Request Not Supported, which is what this post pertains to.
Error (5) Access Denied means you lack the necessary credentials to run this task. Do you get Error (5) for all plugins, or only for the PnP Report? Do you receive this error on all endpoints, or only specific endpoints? |
