Make sure your account has sufficient rights on SQL server and there's enough free space for new DL DB.

My account have sufficent rights, and i want to create a new DB so normaly it's an empty DB. I probably don't use the good method to create this new DB. Do you have a procedure for this?

Thanks

What you get when you try to create new DB on that SQL server?

Is there enough memory for other applications that use SQL?

Maybe you could use clean install of SQL server?

In DLES i try to create a new databse but i have this error (DLSERVER_CreateDatabase error [14]! Mémoire insuffisante pour cette opération. Insufisant memory).
I can directly create a new DB on the SQL server but DLES don't want to use the new one i will told youwhat is the error message.
I have enought hard space and memory for all my apps on the SQL.
The problem is i don't want to loose the information on this DB (i already have make a backup) I i upgrade my DLES (new version) can i collect the information from the old agent?

Our previous detaching suggestion was related to the 'detach' procedure. You can refer to Microsoft articles for a how-to.

Yes, you will be able to collect information from the agents of an older version after the upgrade.

BTW, might that be that the errors you are experiencing are connected to limitations of SQL Express compared to commercial versions?

My errors are connected to the limitations of SQL Express.
So i want to use a new DB But i want to preserve my old DB (and have the possibility to reconnect to this one if i need).
As you say before i can detach and reatch my old DB (and moving the DBfile) but when did i create my new DB?

Maybe you should mention that in the first place.

Sure you can do everything you want to do with your databases. As long as you don't change version of DeviceLock server you'll be able to connect to each of them.
Refer to MS SQL documentation for instructions.
