Most of them have standard Windows error codes. What exact messages worry you?

hello,
i have a lot of event number 3 with a long text (CallDlAuditRecorde or AuditShadow etc..... too long to see all) and event 4 (GetAuditXML Data: Description is not available)
And a lot of warning that say collecting data on a specific computer failed (allways after event 3 (probably link and mean that i can't access to this computer ?)

I try to upgrade device lock serveur etc... but i have a message that say i need space on the server...do you have any procedure?

Ok i will try to make a correct translation:
Connecting to SQL server (i am using SQL server Express for the moment and it's full)
Upgrading the database...
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Impossibl to allocate space for the object 'dbo.DLShadowfiles'.'PK_Shadowfiles'in the database 'Name of my database', because the file group 'PRIMARY' is full. CReate more space on disk etc....
I have two question :
can i just upgrade the agent ?
Can i use another database and if i need reopen the old one with the server log viewer of device lock?

In DataBase Options there are sections "Data Files" and "Transaction log". Please to select "Automatically grow file" flag there.

Plus, have you tried shrinking the database?

On upgrading the agents without upgrading the server: possible, but you will have to use 2 PCs for managing DeviceLock then. One for managing the agents (the version of DeviceLock consoles matches that of agents), and the other to manage DLES (the version of DeviceLock consoles matches that of DLES).

On using another DB: yes, you can. Though it is about detaching and re-attaching it. Subsequently, you will have to modify the corresponding settings of DLES.
